We are starting to work on the details now and will release the date asap. Please read the flyer available in all of our churches describing these sacraments. If you might be interested or just curious about these sacraments, please speak to me.

  • Contact List - St. Michael's & Christ Church
A number of parishioners at St. Michael’s & Christ Church have indicated that it would be really helpful to communication about events if we had an updated contact list that parishioners could access to contact each other directly with questions or offers of help. The purpose of the list would be to allow parishioners to share details about events, meetings, important dates etc.; and it would not be shared beyond your congregation or without your permission.
Under the Privacy Act, we must have your permission to add your contact information to any list; to send you copies of Happening electronically; or to add your name to the subscription list for the Parish Website, as examples. If you wish to add your name to a St. Michael’s/Christ Church Parishioner contact list, the form has been posted at St. Michael’s. You would be sharing your name, phone number and email address (if applicable.) The usual means of communication through Happening and Belmontanglicans.ca will continue as usual. If St. John’s parishioners would like share a contact list as well, please speak to Gloria.

About Us

Welcome to the parish of Belmont.
Come on in. We love to have visitors, and look forward to meeting you.

There are 3 churches that make up the parish; in the heart of the Kawarthas.

St. Michael's is situated in a lovely forested setting, just outside of the tiny hamlet of Westwood.

Christ Church is nestled into a picturesque backdrop on a maple lined street in the small town of Norwood.

St. John the Evangelist stands proud on it's beautiful corner lot in Havelock.

Our small rural communities have come together in our own Anglican community here in the parish of belmont.

Parish of Belmont Incumbent

The Reverend Gloria Master

Rev. Gloria Master has been the Incumbent in the Parish of Belmont since September 2005. She and her husband Don have retired to the small rural community of Norwood.

Gloria is an active advocate for small multi-point and rural churches of all denominations. When she can discover a rare moment of spare time, Gloria enjoys reading, puttering in the garden, walking and, most recently, photography.

You can help us raise money by joining our gift card fundraiser and it won't cost you a penny more than you would normally spend on everyday items!

Want to know how it works? Check out the video, or read on below.

What is the FundScrip fundraising program?

Fundscrip is an innovative program that lets you earn cash rebates for our group based on things you buy everyday like groceries, gas and other household items.

Every month you spend hundreds of dollars for things like food, gas, clothing, pharmacy, restaurants, electronics, home renovations, department stores, and so on.

All you have to do is pay for some or all of your purchases using GIFT CARDS bought at face value from FundScrip participating retailers and a percentage of every gift card purchased is contributed to our group’s fundraising efforts. So instead of paying with cash or a debit card, you use a gift card that you purchased through our group. It costs you nothing extra but you just earned money for our organization.

How to Order Your Gift Card & Support our Group

Visit the FundScrip website at www.fundscrip.com and click on the “Sign Up” button located on the top right hand corner and fill in the required information.
